BIOGRAPHY:

As a native Californian, Charlotte Thomas has lived in the San Fernando Valley for most of her life.  She started a successful Real Estate career in 1986 as a sales associate at Monteleone & Associates.  Within six months of her employment she was a top listing and sales agent, promoted to assistant manager and then appointed Vice President shortly thereafter.  

Charlotte Thomas received her CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation in 1988, has served on the board of directors for the Los Angeles CCIM Chapter and also Chaired the LACCIM Education Committee.
In 2002 she became a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.  In 2003, Charlotte and her business partner opened their own firm, Valley Investment Properties.

Her experience in Commercial Real Estate ranges from industrial sales, leasing, property management, land development, commercial and apartments, She attributes her success to the willingness to cater to her client’s individual needs and by enjoying the challenge that each new transaction brings.
